Willow Creek Ranch is a beautiful rural community located 35 miles east of Kingman and is easy to access off I-40. The community was once a large working ranch for many years. The original 24,000 acre ranch was split up into about 320 parcels consisting of 36 acres or more.
Willow Creek Ranch lies halfway between Kingman and Seligman Arizona. It is both on the North and South side if Interstate 40. The elevation for the ranch runs from about 500-6000 feet creating a nice mile year round climate. It is cooler than Kingman in the winter and the summer.
The zoning for this ranch is one house per 36 acres. This minimum acreage size ensures that you have plenty of elbow room between you and your neighbors.
