A little bit about me...
It’s Willard on paper, but feel free to choose your own adventure with Willard or Will. I answer to both.
I’ve called Kingman home for over 30 years. It’s where my wife and I are raising our four daughters. Between living here for a few decades and life in a house full of girls, I’ve learned quite a bit about patience, communication, and occasionally knowing when to just stay out of the way.
I’m an Arizona licensed real estate agent working with buyers and sellers throughout Mohave County. Some clients are buying their first home, some are selling one they’ve owned for years, and others are looking for the right piece of land. Every deal is a little different, and that’s part of what I like about this work. I’ve handled transactions across Arizona, but Mohave County is home turf.
Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in medical IT and operations. It was the kind of work where problems didn’t always come with easy answers, and staying calm while figuring things out was pretty much part of the job. As it turns out, that’s a pretty useful background for real estate too.
The way I do business is straightforward. I work hard and tell you what I actually think is best. You’ll know what’s going on and what your options are. Integrity matters to me, and I’d rather help you make the right decision than push you into a quick one.
I take the work seriously. Myself? A little less so. Buying or selling a home can have its stressful moments, and I’ve found that good communication, a steady hand, and the occasional bad dad joke can go a long way.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, give me a call. We’ll figure out what makes sense from there.
