Mountain Meadow Estates

This is an area north on Stockton Hill Road. These are typically flat parcels nestled between the Cerbat Mountain Range to the west and Long Mountain in the center of the Hualapai valley. These are both mountain ranges formed by long extinct volcanic activity so it creates some of the most spectacular desert landscapes and views in the Kingman area.

About half of the properties in the Mountain Meadow estate subdivision have power to them provided by Unisource. Water is typically provided by private wells. However some individuals do haul water from the water standpipes in Kingman or at Jane Road and Stockton Hill Road.

Many of the properties here even have petroglyphs etched into the rocks by Hualapai Indians prior to white settlers arrival. These are typically facing west and you can usually find them along wash beds etched into volcanic rocks.
