We are pleased here at Chambers Realty Group to be working with a couple of local builders trying to keep up with housing demand. One way to do this is to list and sell new homes in Kingman Arizona. With the high housing demand here, typically new homes are sold prior to being finished. The bad part about this is if you want a new home you have to jump on it to get it purchased. The good news is you typically get to chose the colors and floor coverings prior to purchasing it.

The market strength of the new home construction continues in Kingman with the continued demand for housing and the lack of available inventory.
